CRAFT GROUPS
Wednesday night group
The Craft Group is a friendly group of ladies who meet on the third Wednesday of each month at 8.00 pm in Meeting Room 2 at GWAC.
The purpose of this group is to further each other's interest in craft whilst enjoying the fellowship of fellow parishioners and their friends.
At each meeting the group aims to try a new project using a wide variety of techniques. Some examples of craft activities have included; dried flower arranging, instant and traditional decoupage, ceramic egg decoration, making different types of greeting cards, and Christmas decorations, making raffia hats, decorating tissue boxes using teddy bears, painting silk scarves, and knitting covers for coats hangers.
Newcomers are more than welcome.
For more information please contact: Friday Night Craft Group For those “crafty” individuals who like to share what they are working on with a cuppa, some supper, and a good laugh. We love to chat and share our talents with each other — knitting, sewing, needle point, patchwork, beading — the list is endless. So whether you just want to be inspired to finish some projects or learn something new, come and join us any Friday night during school term. Drop in any time from 7pm to late — just around the corner from GWAC. Contact Fiona Dunn
