Drew Mellor |
It is a great joy for Maz and me to be part of Glen Waverley Anglican Church. As Senior Pastor, I have the privilege of being Team Leader of a great staff team, who are committed to helping people grow as followers of Jesus Christ.
Maz and I have three adult children and one teenager. The three youngest currently live at home, although like many families, this can often change. Special interests include travel, soccer, Australian outback and helping people meet Jesus Christ. |

Glen Waverley Anglican Church is a great place to be and to belong. Our family is fairly new to GWAC (we arrived in January 2008) so I know how important feeling part of a caring community is. And that's helpful for me because my role in the place is to help people find community, a sense of belonging and supportive care. My name is Cath Brown and I'm very excited to be Young Adults' Pastor at GWAC. My role involves working with our young adults, encouraging them in their faith and ministry and drinking lots of coffee. |

One of the great blessings of my role at GWAC is that I get to spend the bulk of my time with a fantastic bunch of leaders and young people in the Youth Ministry. I'm married to Bek and we have two gorgeous girls; Jazlyn (7) and Indi Rose (5). Other members of our family include a Central Bearded Dragon named Clark, a 6ft long Carpet/Jungle Python named Scribbles and a couple of goldfish. When I'm not with the wonderful people at GWAC I'm energised by a good workout at the gym, good friends, good food, and of course my terrific family. |

Hello, my name is Maria and I’m married to Byron. We live in Glen Waverley with our crazy Burmese kitten Byron and I enjoy travelling, meeting new people and spending time with family and friends. My main hobbies are talking, reading, eating desserts and more talking. So do drop in for a chat – I’ll provide the chocolate! |

Hi, I'm Ross, and it's my privilege to be involved with the Kids-Ministry, and their leaders, here at GWAC, which is great fun. We have a ball each Sunday morning doing all sorts of creative things, and learning about Jesus together. It's great to see the youngsters already starting their journey of faith. I am married to Anita, and we have three young sons, who keep us laughing, and very, very active! |

Hi, I'm Ben and my key focus on the GWAC Staff Team is to oversee an awesome team of Youth Leaders. As we partner together our aim is to encourage the youth to grow into a deeper knowledge and love of our saviour, Jesus Christ. I also spent part of my time overseeing the follow up of people who have questions about the Christian faith. I'm married to Emma and study at Ridley Melbourne. |

Fiona Malone |
My role at GWAC is the Children's Ministry Assistant and along with my husband Andrew and daughters Zoe and Erin I attend the 10.30 service. My role largely involves working with the Playgroup and younger families. |

John Abbott |
As part-time Finance Manager I am responsible for monitoring the financial position of the parish, maintaining the accounting and administration records and producing financial reports. I also prepare taxation and diocesan returns and provide financial support and advice to the executive, staff members and others. Faith and I have been members of GWAC and its predecessors since moving to Melbourne in 1986 and have undertaken various roles in the church during this time. We have three married children and four grandchildren living in Melbourne and Gippsland. We are a close family and enjoy spending time together. I also have a role as Finance and Deputy Managing Director of a growing IT business in Australia. Interests include golf, reading, food and jogging with our dalmatian Sophie. |

Ashish Roy |
As the Manager- Administrative Services at GWAC, I have the job of continuing the operation of the office and providing administrative support to various church activities. I enjoy this job as I work with a great group of people and support the ministries that are happening here. I also have the opportunity to work with some fantastic people who come and voluntarily help out in the office. My wife- Ratna, son- Aditya and I attend the 10.30am service. I enjoy music, photography, computers and cricket. |
