Train your brain
Train your Brain is an exciting and unique program that has been developed at GWAC and has been running for five years.
Once a month, we enjoy a morning program of:
Get a balanced "brain workout" in things like memory, perception, words, numbers, and more.
b) Input Session
Learn something about a topical issue related to brain health.
c) Exercise Session
Enjoy something creative and different, 20 minutes of fun in the move.
d) Refreshment Time
Meet new people, spend time with those you know over a cuppa.
All in all, learn new brain skills and practice rusty one. It is non-competitive, relaxed, and great fun.
When: first Saturday of every month from March - December, 9am -12pm (Sign in from 8.30am)
