Young Adults

GWAC has a passionate young adults’ community who are committed to living lives in deep relationship with God, in close fellowship with one another, and in active engagement with God’s mission in the world! They meet in Connect Groups during the week and gather for worship at the Sunday 5pm Service. They are a welcoming community with lots of opportunities to connect and serve!

Connect Groups

In a large church such as ours, the young adult Connect Groups seek to be a place where small groups can form deeper relationships and be discipled by those around them.

Connect Groups focus on connecting with God, connecting with each other and connecting with the wider community. Connect groups study God’s word together, pray together and enjoy times of fellowship with one another.

Mt Martha

Young Adults Retreat

All young adults through to 30 year olds are invited to be a part of our Young Adults Summer Retreat at Mt Martha.

Join us for a weekend of chilling together and thinking about how we can grow in faith and service this year.

We will be joined by older guest teachers who will be sharing how they grow in faith, and the opportunities for service at church, uni and in the work place.


Summer retreat is a relaxing time together but also useful for developing a vision for the year ahead.
